6 | 6 | | 1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 136A.246, subdivision 8, is amended to read: |

7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subd. 8.Grant amounts.(a) The maximum grant for an application for the cost of |

8 | 8 | | 1.8training is $150,000 $300,000. The maximum grant for an application for trainee support |

9 | 9 | | 1.9is ten percent of the grant amount for the cost of training. The maximum total grant per |

10 | 10 | | 1.10application is $165,000 $330,000. A grant may not exceed $6,000 $12,000 per year for a |

11 | 11 | | 1.11maximum of $24,000 $48,000 per employee. |
