1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. [18B.116] SALE AND DISTRIBUTION OF NEONICITINOID​
1.6PESTICIDES.​
1.7 The state, a state agency, a political subdivision of the state, a person, or another legal​
1.8entity may not sell, use, or apply neonicitinoid pesticides within the state.​
1.9 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective January 1, 2027.​
