| 8 | 8 | | 1.8 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$2,700,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Loretto to design, engineer, and |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10construct the replacement of water mains, water valves, sanitary sewer system, and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 1.11stormwater system infrastructure in the city of Loretto, including associated street |
|---|
