1.2 relating to arts and cultural heritage; appropriating money for Taste of Minnesota.
1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; TASTE OF MINNESOTA.
1.5 $1,846,500 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund
1.6to the commissioner of administration for a grant to the Minneapolis Downtown Council
1.7to support the Taste of Minnesota event. This appropriation is for infrastructure and associated
1.8costs, including but not limited to event build out, permits, waste management, staffing,
1.9security, equipment rentals, signs, and insurance.
