10 | 10 | 1.10 (1) provide landlords with access to the necessary guidance and tools to comply with | |
11 | 11 | 1.11rental housing regulations; | |
12 | 12 | 1.12 (2) promote sustainable and efficient property management practices; | |
13 | 13 | 1.13 (3) enhance landlord-tenant relationships to reduce disputes, reduce rental turnover, and | |
14 | 14 | 1.14encourage the use of mediation to resolve disputes; and | |
15 | 15 | 1.15 (4) help landlords obtain rental payments by providing budgeting for at-risk tenants to | |
16 | 16 | 1.16improve stability, assist tenants in accessing rental assistance programs, and help renters | |
17 | 17 | 1.17obtain payment plans for tenants who are behind on payment. | |
