55 1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
66 1.6 Section 1. [144.066] GOVERNMENT MANDATES PROHIBITED: RECOVERY​
77 1.7FROM INFECTION AS PROOF OF IMMUNIZATION.​
88 1.8 (a) To ensure the sovereignty of states' rights guaranteed by the Tenth Amendment to​
99 1.9the United States Constitution and to protect the fundamental individual liberties and privacies​
1010 1.10of all persons against an abusive federal government, no government entity or its​
1111 1.11subdivisions, agents, designees, or assigns shall have the authority to enforce or attempt to​
1212 1.12enforce any mandatory vaccines, vaccine passports, vaccine passes, or vaccine credentials​
1313 1.13in this state, whether by federal act, law, executive order, administrative order, court order,​
1414 1.14rule, regulation, statute, or ordinance.​
1515 1.15 (b) If any employer conducting business in Minnesota or employing any Minnesota​
1616 1.16resident chooses to require vaccinations against any infection, the employer must allow​
1717 1.17proof of presence of natural antibodies as an alternative to the vaccine. For the purposes of​
1818 1.18this section, "employer" has the meaning given under section 177.23, subdivision 6.​
1919 1.19 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.​
