| 6 | 6 | | 1.6 (a) $15,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the |

| 7 | 7 | | 1.7commissioner of transportation for a grant to the Minnesota Valley Regional Rail Authority |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | 1.8to rehabilitate a portion of the railroad track between Winthrop and Hanley Falls. The grant |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9under this paragraph may also be used for any required environmental documentation and |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10remediation, predesign, design, and rehabilitation or replacement of bridges with new bridges |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11or culverts between Winthrop and Hanley Falls. A portion of the grant under this paragraph |
