6 | 6 | | 1.6 Section 1. [168.1261] DISABILITY RIGHTS AND SUPPORT PLATES. |

7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Issuance of plates.The commissioner must issue disability rights and |
---|
8 | 8 | | 1.8support special plates or a single motorcycle plate to an applicant who: |
---|
9 | 9 | | 1.9 (1) is a registered owner of a passenger automobile, noncommercial one-ton pickup |
---|
10 | 10 | | 1.10truck, motorcycle, or recreational vehicle; |
---|
11 | 11 | | 1.11 (2) pays a fee in the amount specified for special plates under section 168.12, subdivision |
---|
12 | 12 | | 1.125, along with any other fees required under this chapter; |
---|
13 | 13 | | 1.13 (3) pays the registration tax as required under section 168.013; |
---|
14 | 14 | | 1.14 (4) contributes a minimum of $30 annually to the disability rights and support account; |

16 | 16 | | 1.16 (5) complies with this chapter and rules governing registration of motor vehicles and |
