109109 4.9 (a) $1,382,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $1,382,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated​
110110 4.10from the general fund to the commissioner of administration for community service grants​
111111 4.11to public educational radio stations. This appropriation may be used to disseminate emergency​
112112 4.12information in foreign languages. Any unencumbered balance does not cancel at the end of​
113113 4.13the first year and is available for the second year. The Association of Minnesota Public​
114114 4.14Educational Radio Stations may use up to four percent of this appropriation for administrative​
115115 4.15costs.​
116116 4.16 (b) $142,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $142,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from​
117117 4.17the general fund to the commissioner of administration for equipment grants to public​
118118 4.18educational radio stations. This appropriation may be used for the repair, rental, purchase,​
