1.1 A bill for an act
1.2 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for Saint Ann's Residence.
1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; SAINT ANN'S RESIDENCE.
1.5 $5,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
1.6of employment and economic development for a grant to Saint Ann's Residence to design,
1.7construct, and equip the renovation and repair of its assisted living facility in the city of
1.8Duluth. This is a onetime appropriation and is available until the project is completed or
1.9abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
