| 5 | 5 | | 1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; CAPITOL CAMPUS IMPROVEMENTS. |

| 6 | 6 | | 1.6 (a) $750,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund |

| 7 | 7 | | 1.7to the commissioner of administration for improvements to the Capitol campus as described |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | 1.8in this section. This appropriation is available until the projects are completed or abandoned, |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642. |

| 10 | 10 | | 1.10 (b) $400,000 of the appropriation in paragraph (a) is for trees on the upper mall and the |
