1.2 relating to workforce development; appropriating money for a grant to Avivo.​
1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.4 Section 1. AVIVO; APPROPRIATION.​
1.5 $850,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $850,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from the​
1.6general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to​
1.7Avivo to provide low-income individuals with career education and job skills training that​
1.8is fully integrated with chemical and mental health services. This is a onetime appropriation.​
