1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATIONS; YOUTH AND FAMILY CIRCLE OUTDOOR​
1.6PROGRAMS.​
1.7 $250,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $250,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from the​
1.8arts and cultural heritage fund to the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Humanities Center​
1.9for a grant to Youth and Family Circle for outdoor programs for youth to celebrate​
1.10Minnesota's outdoor culture and heritage.​
