7 | 7 | | 1.7 (a) $3,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the |

8 | 8 | | 1.8commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of St. Paul |

10 | 10 | | 1.10development and job retention efforts for businesses employing the equivalent of ten or less |
