| 6 | 6 | | 1.6 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.(a) $22,000,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds |

| 7 | 7 | | 1.7fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the city |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8of Chanhassen to design, construct, furnish, and equip a regional recreation, community, |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9and event center, to include two sheets of indoor ice, a walking track, indoor turf, indoor |
