1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS STATUE.​
1.6 $235,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund to​
1.7the commissioner of administration to work in consultation with the Capitol Area​
1.8Architectural and Planning Board to reinstall the previously displayed Christopher Columbus​
1.9statue on the State Capitol Mall.​
