| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$6,000,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8to the commissioner of public safety for a grant to the city of Le Sueur to predesign, design, |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9construct, renovate, furnish, and equip a renovation of the existing city hall building in the |
