                            1.1	A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to employment; paid leave; requiring paid leave call center to be fully​
1.3 operational on January 1, 2026.​
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. MINNESOTA PAID LEAVE DAY ONE CALL CENTER OPERATIONS.​
1.6 The commissioner of employment and economic development must ensure that call​
1.7center operations for the Minnesota paid leave program are fully operational on January 1,​
1.82026, to provide customer service on day one of implementation of the program.​
1.9 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.​
