77 1.7HIGHWAY 60 REALIGNMENT .​
88 1.8 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$2,894,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund​
99 1.9to the commissioner of transportation for one or more grants to the city of Wabasha, Wabasha​
1010 1.10County, or both to predesign, design, engineer, and construct the local roads and city utility​
1111 1.11portions of the realignment of marked Trunk Highway 60 in the city of Wabasha, including​
1212 1.12associated sidewalks, sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, stormwater management,​
1313 1.13street lighting, site fill, and related improvements and betterments of a capital nature to​
1414 1.14increase pedestrian safety and develop workforce housing.​
1515 1.15 Subd. 2.Bond sale.To provide the money appropriated in this section from the bond​
1616 1.16proceeds fund, the commissioner of management and budget shall sell and issue bonds of​
1717 1.17the state in an amount up to $2,894,000 in the manner, upon the terms, and with the effect​
1818 1.18prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota​
1919 1.19Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.​
2020 1.20 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.​
