| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$863,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Lake Benton to design, engineer, |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9construct, and reconstruct the replacement of sanitary sewer, water, and storm sewer |
