| 7 | 7 | | 1.7IMPROVEMENTS. |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | 1.8 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$37,000,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Albert Lea for design, |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10demolition, construction, and equipment improvements to upgrade the city's wastewater |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 1.11treatment facility. This appropriation includes money for design, renovation, repairs, and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 1.12replacement of infrastructure, equipment, and other components of the facility's wastewater |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | 1.13treatment systems, including site improvements to buildings and other structures and costs |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | 1.14of demolition associated with the project. This appropriation is available when the |

| 15 | 15 | | 1.15commissioner of management and budget determines that sufficient resources have been |

| 16 | 16 | | 1.16committed to complete the project, as required by Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.502. |

| 17 | 17 | | 1.17 Subd. 2.Bond sale.To provide the money appropriated in this section from the bond |

| 18 | 18 | | 1.18proceeds fund, the commissioner of management and budget shall sell and issue bonds of |

| 19 | 19 | | 1.19the state in an amount up to $37,000,000 in the manner, upon the terms, and with the effect |

| 20 | 20 | | 1.20prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota |
