7 | 7 | | 1.7 (a) As a part of the next resource plan filing under Minnesota Statutes, section 216B.2422, |

8 | 8 | | 1.8subdivision 2, but no later than February 1, 2027, a public utility that owns an electric |

9 | 9 | | 1.9generation facility that is powered by coal, scheduled for retirement in 2027 and 2031, and |
