                            1.1	A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to human services; appropriating money for a grant to Wellness in the​
1.3 Woods.​
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION.​
1.6 $300,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $300,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from the​
1.7general fund to the commissioner of human services for a grant to Wellness in the Woods​
1.8for daily peer support and special sessions for individuals who are in substance use recovery,​
1.9are transitioning out of incarceration, or have experienced trauma.​
