7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Disciplinary dismissals prohibited.(a) A pupil enrolled in the following |

8 | 8 | | 1.8is not subject to dismissals under this chapter: |

9 | 9 | | 1.9 (1) a preschool or prekindergarten program, including an a child participating in early |
---|
10 | 10 | | 1.10childhood family education, school readiness, school readiness plus, voluntary |

11 | 11 | | 1.11prekindergarten, Head Start, or other school-based preschool or prekindergarten program; |
---|
12 | 12 | | 1.12or is not subject to dismissals under this chapter. |

13 | 13 | | 1.13 (2) kindergarten through grade 3. |

14 | 14 | | 1.14 (b) This provision subdivision does not apply to a dismissal from school for less than |

15 | 15 | | 1.15one school day, except as provided under chapter 125A and federal law for a student receiving |
