| 6 | 6 | | 1.6 Section 1. SILVER LAKE; STORMWATER, WASTEWATER, AND DRINKING |

| 7 | 7 | | 1.7WATER INFRASTRUCTURE. |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | 1.8 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$9,500,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9to the public facilities authority for a grant to the city of Silver Lake to predesign, design, |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10engineer, construct, and equip stormwater, wastewater, and drinking water infrastructure. |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11This appropriation includes money for improvements to or replacement of municipal: |

| 12 | 12 | | 1.12wastewater ponds, spray irrigation and sanitary sewer systems, and associated infrastructure; |

| 13 | 13 | | 1.13storm sewer systems and associated infrastructure to better drain areas of the community; |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | 1.14and water main distribution systems and associated infrastructure to provide for improved |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | 1.15water quality, water flow, fire protection and water accountability. |

| 16 | 16 | | 1.16 Subd. 2.Bond sale.To provide the money appropriated in this section from the bond |

| 17 | 17 | | 1.17proceeds fund, the commissioner of management and budget shall sell and issue bonds of |

| 18 | 18 | | 1.18the state in an amount up to $9,500,000 in the manner, upon the terms, and with the effect |
