| 8 | 8 | | 1.8 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$3,200,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of Stewartville for construction |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10of an approximately one mile section of 15th Avenue NE within the High Forest Township |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11limits, that is adjacent to and borders the city of Stewartville. This appropriation may be |

| 12 | 12 | | 1.12used to improve and pave the roadway and to address drainage issues at the intersection |
