1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 134.31, is amended by adding a subdivision​
1.6to read:​
1.7 Subd. 8.Prohibited material.A library in a public school building must not contain​
1.8any pornographic material. A library in a public elementary school must not contain any​
1.9sexually explicit content.​
