| 6 | 6 | | 1.6 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$330,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 7 | 7 | | 1.7to the commissioner of public safety for a grant to the town of Portage to construct, furnish, |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8and equip a public safety facility to house the town's fire department, emergency medical |
