19 | 19 | | 1.19 (1) outside the metropolitan counties listed in section 473.121, subdivision 4, and outside |

20 | 20 | | 1.20the cities of Duluth, Mankato, Moorhead, St. Cloud, and Rochester; or |

21 | 21 | | 1.21 (2) within a municipality with a population of less than 1,000. |

46 | 46 | | 2.16capitation rates paid to managed care plans and county-based purchasing plans for that |

47 | 47 | | 2.17contract year to reflect the removal of this provision. Contracts between managed care plans |

48 | 48 | | 2.18and county-based purchasing plans and providers to whom this paragraph applies must |
---|
49 | 49 | | 2.19allow recovery of payments from those providers if capitation rates are adjusted in accordance |
---|
50 | 50 | | 2.20with this paragraph. Payment recoveries must not exceed the amount equal to any increase |
---|
51 | 51 | | 2.21in rates that results from this paragraph. This paragraph expires if federal approval is not |
---|
52 | 52 | | 2.22received for this paragraph at any time. |
