| 6 | 6 | | 1.6 Section 1. ANOKA COUNTY; CEDAR CREEK CONSERVATION AREA. |

| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$250,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | 1.8to the Metropolitan Council for a grant to Anoka County to construct an accessible parking |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9lot in Oak Grove that is within the Cedar Creek Conservation Area. The parking lot will |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10provide direct access to the Remember Them veterans memorial. This appropriation does |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 1.11not require a nonstate contribution. |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 1.12 Subd. 2.Bond sale.To provide the money appropriated in this section from the bond |

| 13 | 13 | | 1.13proceeds fund, the commissioner of management and budget shall sell and issue bonds of |

| 14 | 14 | | 1.14the state in an amount up to $250,000 in the manner, upon the terms, and with the effect |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | 1.15prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota |
