| 6 | 6 | | 1.6 Section 1. [144.063] DEMENTIA SERVICES PROGRAM ESTABLISHED. |

| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 The commissioner of health shall establish the dementia services program to: |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8 (1) facilitate the coordination and support of: |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9 (i) state-funded policies and programs that relate to Alzheimer's disease or related forms |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10of dementia; |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 1.11 (ii) outreach programs and services between state agencies, local public health |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 1.12departments, Tribal Nations, educational institutions, and community groups for the purpose |

| 13 | 13 | | 1.13of fostering public awareness and education regarding Alzheimer's disease and related forms |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | 1.14of dementia; and |

| 15 | 15 | | 1.15 (iii) services and activities between groups that are interested in dementia research, |

| 16 | 16 | | 1.16programs, and services, including area agencies on aging, service providers, advocacy |
