1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; PHOENIX CORRESPONDENCE COMMISSION.​
1.6 $10,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner​
1.7of administration for payment to the Phoenix Correspondence Commission to support the​
1.8work of the commission to further the role of federalism with our federal constitutional​
1.9structure.​
