5 | 5 | | 1.5 $3,866,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $3,866,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from |

6 | 6 | | 1.6the general fund to the commissioner of agriculture for nitrate private well mitigation, |

7 | 7 | | 1.7including reverse osmosis, well repair, and well reconstruction for private drinking water |

8 | 8 | | 1.8wells with nitrate in excess of the maximum contaminant level of ten milligrams per liter |

9 | 9 | | 1.9and located in Dodge, Fillmore, Goodhue, Houston, Mower, Olmsted, Wabasha, or Winona |

10 | 10 | | 1.10County. The commissioner must prioritize households at or below 300 percent of the federal |

11 | 11 | | 1.11poverty guideline and households with infants or pregnant individuals. The commissioner |
