1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; AGRICULTURAL UTILIZATION RESEARCH​
1.6INSTITUTE.​
1.7 $4,518,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $4,518,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from​
1.8the general fund to the Agricultural Utilization Research Institute for the purposes of carrying​
1.9out the duties under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 116V.​
