77 1.7SALES AND USE TAX EXEMPTION FOR CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS.​
88 1.8 Subdivision 1.Exemption; refund.(a) Materials and supplies used or consumed in and​
99 1.9equipment incorporated into the construction, reconstruction, upgrade, expansion, renovation,​
1010 1.10or remodeling of the following projects in Independent School District No. 330, Heron​
1111 1.11Lake-Okabena, are exempt from sales and use tax imposed under Minnesota Statutes, chapter​
1212 1.12297A, if the materials, supplies, and equipment are purchased after May 31, 2024, and​
1313 1.13before January 1, 2025:​

1515 1.15 (2) concrete work;​
1616 1.16 (3) tuckpointing;​
1717 1.17 (4) windows;​
1818 1.18 (5) flooring;​
1919 1.19 (6) bus garage doors;​
2020 1.20 (7) Heron Lake doors;​
