| 7 | 7 | | 1.7RECONSTRUCTION. |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | 1.8 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$7,900,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Flensburg to design, engineer, |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10construct, and equip both a new water system with regionalization to the city of Little Falls |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 1.11and the replacement of aging and failing municipal infrastructure. This appropriation includes |

| 12 | 12 | | 1.12money for a new water system, improvements to and replacement of sanitary sewer system |
