1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. TRANSFER; VOTING OPERATIONS, TECHNOLOGY , AND
1.6ELECTION RESOURCES ACCOUNT.
1.7 $2,500,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $2,500,000 in fiscal year 2027 are transferred from
1.8the general fund to the voting operations, technology, and election resources account
1.9established under Minnesota Statutes, section 5.305.
