| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$1,331,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of Stillwater to design, engineer, |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9and construct a new intersection of Washington Avenue and North Frontage Road and |
