| 6 | 6 | | 1.6 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$8,000,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 7 | 7 | | 1.7to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to St. Louis |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8County for asset preservation and expansion of the St. Louis County Heritage and Arts |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9Center, also known as the Depot, in the city of Duluth. The project includes predesign, |

| 10 | 10 | | 1.10design, construction, and renovation work for the replacement of or improvements to |
