| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Notice required.An advertisement placed or promotional material |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8distributed by a state agency or constitutional officer that is produced with state funds or is |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9aired or presented on media time or space that is purchased with state funds must prominently |

| 10 | 10 | | 1.10contain the message, "Paid for by the hardworking taxpayers of Minnesota." This requirement |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11applies to advertisements placed through any medium, including radio, television, print, |

| 12 | 12 | | 1.12websites, or social media. The required message in a radio advertisement must be in audio |

| 13 | 13 | | 1.13form. The required message in an advertisement in video form must be presented as text |
