| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$3,840,000 is appropriated to the commissioner of |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8employment and economic development for a grant to the city of Aitkin to predesign, design, |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9engineer, and extend public utilities including water and sanitary sewer services to Aitkin's |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10housing and economic development park, including the site for new public school facilities |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11for the Aitkin public schools. |
