1.2 relating to transportation; establishing a speed limit on a segment of Carver County​
1.3 State-Aid Highway 43 in the city of Victoria; amending Minnesota Statutes 2024,​
1.4 section 169.14, by adding a subdivision.​
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 169.14, is amended by adding a subdivision​
1.7to read:​
1.8 Subd. 5k.Speed limit on Carver County State-Aid Highway 43 in the city of​
1.9Victoria.Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this section, the speed limit on​
1.10Carver County State-Aid Highway 43 between its intersection with Carver County State-Aid​
1.11Highway 10 and Carver County State-Aid Highway 11 is 35 miles per hour. The​
1.12commissioner must erect appropriate signs displaying the speed limit.​
1.13 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective July 1, 2025.​
