| 7 | 7 | | 1.7IMPROVEMENTS. |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$3,909,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9to the Pollution Control Agency for a grant to the city of Blooming Prairie to design, |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10construct, reconstruct, and equip capital improvements along the Trunk Highway 218 |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 1.11corridor within the Blooming Prairie city limits to address soil and groundwater |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 1.12contamination. This appropriation includes money for the removal, replacement, and |

| 13 | 13 | | 1.13remediation of contaminated soil; and the replacement and rehabilitation of wastewater, |
