                            1.1	A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for road improvements in the​
1.3 city of Eden Prairie.​
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; MARKED TRUNK HIGHWAY 5 AND HENNEPIN​
1.6COUNTY STATE-AID HIGHWAY 4 INTERCHANGE.​
1.7 $5,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund for one or more​
1.8grants to the city of Eden Prairie, Hennepin County, the Department of Transportation, or​
1.9a combination of these entities for preliminary transportation and utility design, environmental​
1.10analysis, final transportation and utility design, and right-of-way and utility easement​
1.11acquisition for an interchange at marked Trunk Highway 5 and Hennepin County State-Aid​
1.12Highway 4 and approaching roadways to the interchange in the city of Eden Prairie. This​
1.13is a onetime appropriation and is available until June 30, 2030.​
