44 1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
55 1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 513.075, is amended to read:​

77 1.7 If sexual relations between the parties are contemplated, a contract between a man and​
88 1.8a woman the parties who are living together in this state out of wedlock, or who are about​
99 1.9to commence living together in this state out of wedlock, is enforceable as to terms​
1010 1.10concerning the property and financial relations of the parties only if:​
1111 1.11 (1) the contract is written and signed by the parties; and​
1212 1.12 (2) enforcement is sought after termination of the relationship.​
