11 | 11 | | 1.11 (1) hot, prepared meals and takeaway food bags that increase access to nutritious, healthy, |

13 | 13 | | 1.13 (2) hygiene supplies, including towels and washcloths, toothpaste and toothbrushes, |

14 | 14 | | 1.14shampoo and soap, menstrual products, and clean clothes and undergarments; |

15 | 15 | | 1.15 (3) hats, gloves, hand warmers, and blankets; and |
