40 | 40 | | 2.10must be undertaken within a five-year period from the date of certification of a tax increment |

41 | 41 | | 2.11financing district, is considered to be met for the district if the activities were undertaken |
---|
42 | 42 | | 2.12within ten years from the date of certification of the district. |

43 | 43 | | 2.13 (e) Except for administrative expenses, the in-district percentage for purposes of the |
---|
44 | 44 | | 2.14restriction on pooling under Minnesota Statutes, section 469.1763, subdivision 2, for this |
