| 12 | 12 | | 1.12applicable law, in the case of a complaint to the Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land |

| 13 | 13 | | 1.13Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Geoscience, and Interior Design initiated or submitted |

| 14 | 14 | | 1.14by the executive director of that board, the fact that the complaint was initiated or submitted |

| 15 | 15 | | 1.15by the executive director is public data and must be affirmatively disclosed to the board and |
