| 8 | 8 | | 1.8 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$1,000,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9to the commissioner of natural resources for a grant to Koochiching County for capital |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10improvements to the Blue Ox all-terrain vehicle trail systems in Koochiching County. This |
