| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$6,800,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9Cosmos to design, construct, renovate, furnish, and equip a multifamily housing facility at |

| 10 | 10 | | 1.10130 Neptune Street North in the city of Cosmos to provide supportive services for senior |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11citizens and a child care center for children not yet in kindergarten, and an after-school and |
